Two comets appeared in the night sky in May of 2004. The magazine ran this star map, which helped readers identify where and when they could be seen.
I really love the way it turned out. The only down side: this version didn't run in the magazine. Instead it showed the eastern sky at 9pm sans comet, doused campfire and late-night critter.
